Since we were acquired by Xsolla, we’ve been working hard to bring new features to Lightstream, like our simulcasting update. Our small startup has come a long way since 2015 and so has streaming tech. We’re ready to build something new. To deliver the streaming experience we want to, we need to start with a fresh slate.

Lightstream has always been a strong believer in the power of collaboration and with this fresh slate we are able to collaborate with the Lightstream community to build something really special. We encourage you to submit feature requests via our socials and support avenues and let us know what you’d like us to add next.
As we’ll be focusing our attention on adding features to the new Lightstream Studio, we will be rebranding our original Studio as Studio Classic. Our new studio will simply be called Lightstream Studio. You will still be able to access and stream from Studio Classic, we just won’t be bringing any of our Lightstream Studio updates to our legacy product.
